Here’s a little bit about our 7-month-old that you may or may not know.
Being born on Christmas Day has it’s ups and downs. Eliana shares a birthday with my hero (and hopefully hers someday, too), but she’s hoping that we’ll celebrate on her half-birthday so she gets more presents. She told me so.
She is one of the happiest kids you’ve ever seen, and I’m not just saying that. All Eliana needs is someone to look at her and she melts into a grin the size of Texas. She’s had dark, dark eyes and hair from the day she was born, and she absolutely adores her big sister. If there are 50 people in a room, and Acacia is one of them, it’s guaranteed that her eyes will be fixated on her favorite buddy. Whereas Acácia has always been very quietly observant, Eliana is just plain curious. She’ll lunge at anything she thinks she can get her hands on, which makes us a little nervous about the things that she’ll be getting into when she can move around quicker!
Ticklish babies are the best in the world, and Eliana is EXTREMELY ticklish. You’ll have to experience that on your own, though.
Well, that’s the rundown on our family. We like to have fun, play games, read books, and just laugh a lot. We love spending time with family and friends, and going to the park is just about the best thing in the world! Speaking of, I think Sarah and the girls are on their way out the door to the park right now.
